Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide shipping! All orders are processed within 2 to 4 days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing time is the time from which we either take a product off our shelves, pack it, and get ready to ship it to you or, when there is a lot of demand, actually make the product itself and then pack it and get ready to ship it to you.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped and this will include a link to our website where you can track your order.

Unexpected Delays
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Tracking your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to show.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vertiluxefit@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at vertiluxefit@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Cancel Order
Cancellations are only accepted within 20 hours after an order is placed. Please, if you have to cancel your order for any reason, reach out to us immediately at vertiluxefit@gmail.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
If you have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to view your tracking, then your order has been shipped and we cannot immediately cancel your order. You will have to follow the "Refund & Return Policy".
Lost Shipment
We expect that our products will be delivered between 7 - 15 days depending on the location. If a product takes longer than 35 days to be delivered and is not going to a Military Base or PO Box it will be considered lost.
In the event of a lost shipment, we will file a claim with the shipping company and give you the option of an immediate refund or replacement of your lost product.
Delivered but NOT in your Possession / Stolen Shipment
Lucimora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the carrier states that it has been delivered, but you are not in possession of it, please submit a claim to the carrier and inform us of your claim by sending the claim # and your order # to vertiluxefit@gmail.com. We will file a claim with the shipping company as well.
Return/Exchanges Policy
If your order has shipped and you want to return it, please reach out to vertiluxefit@gmail.com
We accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. For more information, please visit our "Refund & Return Policy" page.
Customs Duties
In some cases, there will be customs and/or duty fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We can't determine the charges since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
Customs clearance procedures may be required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery time. Delivery time of orders can be extended by delivery service for an indefinite period for reasons beyond our control.

When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver within 7 to 15 business days (business days exclude Friday and Saturday).
After your order, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep track of your shipment’s status.
I’ve placed an order and want to change the model/size/color?
Please email us as soon as possible if you'd like to make any changes to your order.
We will do our best to help you get the items you want.
What can I do if the size doesn’t fit me?
If the size doesn’t fit, we proudly offer free first exchanges, so contact us, and we’ll be happy to guide you on how to get the right-sized product.
Where can you try on your shoes?
Vertiluxefit is an online store. Since we recently opened our branch in Europe, we currently don’t have a physical store where you can try the products. We understand that ordering shoes without trying them on can be daunting, which is why we offer a free first exchange with every order. Plus, you can be impressed by the thousands of reviews on our website and Instagram. We’re working hard to open a physical store this year.
