Returning or exchanging your shoes is simple:

Follow Instructions
Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address (closest warehouse in the US or UK). -
Secure Packaging
Repack the item(s) securely using the original packaging or something similar to protect the product during transit. -
Ship It Back
Send the package using a trackable and insured shipping method at your own expense. -
Send Proof
Share a photo of the shipping receipt from your courier as proof of return. Once we receive and inspect your item(s) to confirm they are unused and unworn, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@vertiluxefit.store within 30 days of delivery. We’ll issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Order Cancellation

If your order hasn't been processed (usually within 24 hours), you’re eligible for a full refund. -
After Processing:
If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled—but you're still eligible to return it under our standard policy. -
Refund Timeframe:
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days, with PayPal refunds being instant.
5. Courier Damage
We ensure that every order is carefully packaged. However, Vertiluxefit is not responsible for any damage caused during transit. Please report such issues directly to your courier service.
6. Affiliate Purchases
Items purchased using an affiliate promotion code are non-refundable and cannot be returned, in order to preserve the integrity of our affiliate partnerships.
7. Bundles
Returning a single item from a bundle? The full-price value of the items you keep will be deducted from your refund.
8. Fragrance Returns
Cologne or any fragrance products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return. You must return them within 30 days of receipt, and bear the return shipping costs. Refunds exclude original shipping charges.
